Posting for the first time here. Here are my two cents...

Pics taken in and around Tadoba tiger reserve, central India.

All taken handheld I dont own a tripod. and as I move through the jungle on a bike I cant carry anything but my rebel XTi with Sigma 50-500.

No PP here.

mola: Welcome to FM. I like your two cents. You have achived visually satisfying results with your one lens and a so-called entry-level DSLR.

I read a review of this lens. It has no image stablization, so you may wish to consider using a monopod to steady your camera.

Please post more of your images of India.

Hi Anotherview,
Thank you for the attention and going through my pics. I know I need a support but I literally move with a lot of work related equipment on my back and on the bike. I scurry on trees or run for cover at least 10 times a day. Anything extra is completely out of question.

This is how we move. Most of the time I am alone. Here seen with an assistant. we are waiting in a creek expecting a Tiger in front. Camera set on a tree stump. a big back pack of equipment is under the casmera to support the Bigma.

I hope to soon work out something for the support. And keep posting images as much as I can.
