Great dramatic lighting. The first does seem to have some blown highlights, but it doesn't seem to detract much from the image.

Well, the title is great, but unfortunately my imagination was stirred for something a bit softer and more gently rounded.

Hey, this one's still got his nose! I was beginning to think they'd all fallen victim to the defacing you mentioned.
Looks great in b/w, and there's a grainy look which is nice in these particular shots as well.

Scott- sorry you got, uh, "stirred" for no reason .
Tim, yeah- many of the ancient statues were de-nosed, sadly. I liked the conversion of the second one almost as much as I did the color version, although the B&W took a lot more processing.
