Alan,
She must have worked hard to prepare, and you've captured that look exactly.
But the way she's stuffed into that dress makes me laugh- a good sneeze and you'd have gotten a brief-but-funny "photo-op." And I'd bet the woman would have gotten a good laugh also.

Really cool and well executed portrait, no doubt about it. I just wonder if the very bright face lighting is useful and in keeping with the "goth" reference...

Good point. Most Goths paint their faces to emulate the enemic look of Dracula. So their faces usually are ashen and bright
