Going to DC next week , any suggestions on landscape locations and surrounding areas within 150 miles . Has anyone been to Great Falls VA, thinking of going there. Thanks!

i've been to great falls but not in good light, if you can get good light there at sunrise, it can be beautiful. joe rossbach has some very nice captures there like this one:
also if you are into waterfalls, west virginia has a lot of them. check out the blackwater falls state park area - i've been to blackwater falls, elakala falls (top and bottom), and pendelton falls. again if the conditions are right, these are sure winners.
