Looks like you either had your waders on or got your pants wet on this one. I would say worth the effort though.
I was on the other side of the ditchbank with long glass, stayed dry as a bone. Thanks much!

Monkey does landscapes @ 420 mm very nice Will I hope in the coming years to make a week of it in Bosque, you fellas are having too much fun! I prefer 300 but was sportin' the TC for BIF...the landscape shooter in me couldn't pass up that palette!
Thanks, Peyton.

Lovely warm hues in the grasses, and the dof is indeed beautifully done.
Very inviting shot, Will.
Barry
Thank you kindly, Barry. I've been trying to slow down and take the time to "see" my surroundings
while out shooting BIF. Dumb luck on the comp., guess it turned out ok. There was a duck hiding in
the grasses lower right and I thought he might blast on outta there.

I like the way the foreground sloping line of the in-focus grasses matches the sloping oof line of the trees in the mid-background. Nice work Will.
Rob
Thanks very much, Rob. Yeah, the foothills follow that layers effect in the BB somewhat too.
Dumb luck on my part...but I'll take it!
