They do all the Biotar like swirl effekt. The latest one (the left one in the picture is build 1967) have the best edge sharpness and contrast. The last Exakta Biotar was build in 1967. In 1969 Zeiss produced some pices of 75mm Biotar again but with mount for TV cameras.

Aden - Shot with a 35/1.4 no-doubt - hang onto that 18 - they are basically unavailable and cost almost as much as a new 21. Nice rendering.
cavewalker - I must have missed that the "lux" was available in an E55 - I have always seen the earlier and later E60 series - beauti-ous. Had an E55 Summicron for a while - should have kept that one.
