That pic looks OK (it's the only one I took), but I'm sure under some circumstances there would be issues. There may or may not be some IR leakage, for example, which would be interesting to see, and the peeling coatings would surely be visible (just like dust or a smear) at smaller apertures.
In any case, I sent an email to Photographic Solutions, and I have been invited to call them and discuss my options for repair, which I will take advantage of later this afternoon.
