I just purchased Jag's 14mm f/2.8 and it's exactly as advertised - or possibly even better (I don't see any noticable scuff marks). Met up with him halfway between his location and mine, traded dollars for donuts (and by donuts I mean glass), and am pleased to report the deal was flawless, and he's a great guy too.

To be trusted, and highly recommended.
