@helimat: Yes. I wouldn't be surprised to see it on evilbay with one extra 0 in the price. There's an 125/2.5 for almost $2400 on now.

It seems like the other CV APO lenses don't have quite the cult status as the 125/2.5, so I can see the first version going for very low.

Just to make sure this thread doesn't die ... Voigtl�nder 180/4 APO Lanthar (m42). For a relatively slow lens, bokeh is quite nice. Resolution is plenty for a 5D MkII.

It's a gutter BTW.

How close to 'APO' is the Mamiya M645 150/2.8 A ??

I've heard some say it is APO in 'sheep's clothing' ... while others say it is not APO.

I think if the 150 is a APO in sheep's clothing then for sure the 120f4 A is also.

Thanks Jim. They are cool but her skin is slightly that way as well as being pale and we were in open shade. I didn't try to warm it up as I think it's a fairly accurate representation. The third shot was at sunset and had very warm light.
