I like this shot too, but I think I preferred the first one. I like the idea here better, but my nit with it is that to me the blood looks fake. I think it is the drip into a pile that really makes it look unreal. It should be easy to touch that up, however.
I work hard to get one image for the WA. You and Mike seem to be able to change entries at will. It tells me that I have light years worth of learning to do and/or neither of you have a day job!
Hey Chris... Mike and I have always fed off each other a bit. We became friends here a bunch of years ago. (oh my god, that was 7 years ago Mike!!!). We've both taken huge breaks from time to time but when we come back the old rivalry kicks up again. It's very, very friendly but it does keep us jumping. Mike's a hell of a guy and an amazing artist. He's also a good friend.
We all need someone to challenge us. I've got Mike and tons others. It keeps the mind working.
I wouldn't expect anything less
