Finally got time to finish off my 35/2 SSC conversion, so please excuse me for reviving this thread.

Test shots for sharpness, color and bokeh, both WO. Bokeh wise I think it rivals even Summilux and Summicron, CA seems to be under control too.

Looks like your sample performs very much like mine, Leon. Congrats on finishing the conversion.

I've been using mine lately mounted on my "new" beater cam; a 10D I picked up for dirt cheap on the local C-L (my wife has been using the 5D a lot lately).

Been practicing my shooting from the hip on some street photography and stuff. It's been pretty hit and miss, but fun. Nobody ever has a clue I am shooting them, the 10D is so, so quiet.

Looking forward to more samples from you.

I look forward to seeing your shots with it too.

As I said somewhere the Rokkor is a little long sometimes so this 35 will be my street lens, and it complements the 85/1.2 pretty well.

I guess I'm done at the 35mm focal length (until someone lets go of their contax 35/1.4 for cheap that is)
