"A" for me. There isn't anything that captures my interest in "B". Have you considered taking a few more shots of different areas and colorizing them the same way? I think it'd be much stronger as a colorized series.

Neither do much for me, Kaden, but if I had to choose, it would be the first.
I'm not sure what the intent is, but it gets me to wonder, look again.

Sorry, Kaden, but I have to agree. Not up to your usual.

Thanks NumberFive, Scott and Matonanjin.

Personally, I remain ambivalent about A, although I too like the idea of decay
and a colored layer. B still sings to me. It has clean repetitive lines and is an
elegant image by any account even if the subject matter is understated.

At the time I shot it I was testing a Pentax 1 degree spotmeter Zone VI modified.
The challenge was to have a range of light from Zone I to Zone IX with maximum
of detail (the front of cars still on the lot/rails).

The development was made for highlights Zone IV and the top of the image kind
of slowly moved into the light at Zone IX. What still ultimately attracts me to this
image aside from the geometry is a certain feeling of suspended animation. It
floats nicely in a delicate balance between light and sharpness.

I understand that this may not be how we approach/view images in the age of
digital. One of the reasons I keep a foot firmly planted on analogue.
