I lost my job last year after a 32-year stay at the same company. I've been pondering my next move for a while.
Spending some time in a rocking chair by the ocean with a soothing breeze and a warm sun helped to bring a peaceful perspective to the question of "What's next?"

Steve........I came up with a few next steps.....get my new college freshman settled into his new life; trim the spent blooms from the plants in my garden; enjoy the music that my younger son makes and be thankful that my husband like to cook!
From the chair in the surf, I see a new job on my horizon, too!
