Jeff was a great customer for this lens. Clear comunication, imediate payment. Then, I shipped right at the x-mass weekend, so the Post Office lost the tracking, and delivered a day late, and with the weekend it seemed like 5 days instead of 2,... but Jeff was completely cool, and patient. The world would be a better place if everyone was this calm.

He shipped the day after I sent the funds via paypal, and provided a tracking number right away. Because of the transit strike in NY and because it was a holiday weekend the tracking number was never entered. Roy was right on top of everything and he realized this before I did. He even took an extra trip down to the post office to see what the matter was, he kept me updated all weekend with emails. I got the lens today and it is in perfect condition, no sign of use or wear at all, nicely packaged with the lens bag and the user manual. Great transaction, Roy is a great credit to this site.
