I got a great deal from Brian on this battery grip. Communication was very good, and when the grip was inadvertently sent to the wrong address (USPS's fault, not Brian's), Brian sent me a PM asking to call him, and when I did, Brian explained how the problem was being solved (including his alerting the post office to intercept the "wrong" package that was headed to me so that I wouldn't have to deal with it).
