Rich hung with me all the way through a post-office screwup created by a less than fully competent carrier on my end. He even offered to refund me in full for my payment. He's articulate, caring, and in every way a delight as a seller. Those qualities are increasingly hard to find in the world of online transactions. But I've found them here at FM more than at any other site, with the possible exception of those grand folks at Lands End.
