After paying him promptly he said the camera would ship out that coming Thursday. Thursday came and I inquired about a tracking #, no response. Sent one or two emails over the next day or two and didn't get a response til that Saturday saying he was held up on a trip and would be sending the camera out that day. The next day I asked for a tracking #, again no response. Sent a few more emails and still didn't get a response. Finally decided to make a claim through paypal since he said he was going to ship it out on two different occasions but never did and refused to respond to emails.
The day after submitting the claim I finally got an email saying it was shipped, and asking me if I got his message saying it was and also asking why is paypal trying to retrieve my money back. I take a look at the tracking info to find that all that was done was the shipment was setup, online I'm guessing, AFTER I submitted the paypal claim.
Finally did get the camera, and every looks good. But when someone sends you over a thousand dollars I believe you should take responsibility and get the item shipped promptly while at the same time having good communication ESPECIALLY when you don't do what you promise. He did neither of these things.

Received the lens and it is in as advertised shape. Knowing I wanted this lens so bad he upgraded the shipping for me so that it would arrive in time for my next concert shoot. Communication was great and it was a pleasure dealing with Garrison. I wouldn't hesitate recommending him to anyone.
