The transaction was pretty smooth, however, seller failed to mention the fungus on the inner lens elements on the lens. Packaging was bad, just thrown in a box with a bunch of newspaper bunchings, no plastic wrapping whatsoever. Prism must've scraped the focusing screen. The seller really didn't try to fix the situation much, just saying that I was just too picky. Ended up replacing the focusing screen and lens, at about $150. All in all I say to be fair, I wouldn't make it a negative experience, but deeply dissatisfied. The camera works fine, just wish the seller couldv'e described the equipment a little better and shipped with a little more care.

COMMENTS: Scott bought a RRS plate from me and paid immediately, unfortunatly the plate was lost by the USPS. through out the process Scott was a real gentleman. he communicated with me the entire time he was working with his local PO trying to find the lost item. when it became clear the PO was not going to find the plate, Scott was willing to wait while i filed a claim on the insurance i took out when the package was mailed. in the end although Scott did not receive the plate i would not hessiate to do business with him again. he is an honest and trust worthy guy. you will not find a better person to deal with then him. sorry the USPS messed up and you ended up loosing out on a good deal Scott.
