Lens arrived very nicely packed - everything down to the little plastic bag that canon puts around the lens was included. Price was great, too! Couldn't have hoped for a nicer transaction with him, honestly.
Linda sent it out 2nd day air, had it packed so well it could have fallen out of the plane and still been in perfect condition. Could never tell it from new.
I purchased a flash from her quite awhile ago, and it was also like new. Just as she described it.

Didn't actually complete the transaction, but still deserves honorable mention. Had purchased a 1D and sent a money order. While my money was still in transit, the seller discovered that there was an AF focussing problem, and fully examined and disclosed this. Promptly returned my payment AND an additional $15 to cover my costs! I would not hesitate to deal with Sam again in the future!
Greg purchased my Canon EF 24-70mm f/2.8L. At first I'm a bit leery because it's a transatlantic transaction (he's in the UK, I'm in the US), but everything went smooth as butter. He's responsive, communicative, and professional.
