I bought a D60 from him for my cousin. Anh (xichlo) helped with my payment, as in Estonia paypal is not available and everything went smoothly. Tony accidentally left out the video and USB cables for the D60, but promptly shipped them to me as soon as he found the cables for no extra charge. A real gentleman and highly recommmended. I purchased a Canon 50mm f1.4 from lou. He had it packaged and shipped the next day. The packaging was some of the best I have ever seen. More bubble wrap than I could have imagined The lens is in perfect shape, just as described. He even threw in a small hard case for free. Lou made it a point to keep me in the loop as to what was happening with the transaction and shipping. I highly recommend dealing with Lou.

I'd like to add that Reggie747 (Greg) has been prompt with his payment (he's from the UK) and was patient as ever since international shipping took a little less than 10 days.
So if Greg asks to buy an item from you and you're based in the States, there is no need to hesitate. He was willing to pay full for the fees associated with Paypal and shipping (and he did).
