Scott gave me a fantastic deal on a Domke J-3. I paid him immediately and he gave me tracking information the same day. The bag was promptly shipped and I received it well-packed a few days later.
He followed up on the sale to make sure I had received everything, and I told him I received everything fine but found a tiny defect on the bag on one of the velcro strips. He refunded me about 15% of the purchase price, sincerely apologizing for not having noticed the defect, even though I told him everything was great and it wasn't a problem at all to fix.
It is refreshing to find such a dedicated and honest seller.
