Comments: I bought a 550EX speedlight from Derrall. He was very speedy and replied to all e-mails within hours after I sent them. He e-mailed me some photos and gave me his cell phone number. I called and talked to him for a while and then I sent out my money order. When he received my money order and mailed the flash he e-mailed me a copy of the insurance receipt, and about 2 days latter the postman knocked on my door. The flash had all of its original packaging, and Derrall had taken the time to wrap everything up in its original plastic. The flash was packaged safely and arrived in tip top perfection.
I've been playing with the flash for about an hour and I'm very excited about it. Everything works beautifully.
I hope the next time I'm in the market for something Derrall has one for sale because I'd buy from him any day.
Comments: Great Seller - Easy to work with, shipped on-time (even worked in a special request I had), made the transaction whole (left out the battery charger in the original shipment, recognized the error, and corrected it at no additional expense to me as a buyer). Camera was in exactly the condition as stated (maybe even better), and would definately buy from him again in the future or recommend him to others.
