We had a customs/shipping problem at the Canadian border and Karim was very understanding and flexible while I reshipped the item. He also paid fast and provide excellent and timely communication.
Linda was friendly throughout the whole thing and the meter is exactly as described. Well-packed and shipping was quick, and she was patient with paypal and their slow echeck process.
I purchased his Canon 85mm f/1.8. Lens was described as mint and was supposed to include the caps. Lens was extremely dirty when it arrived (with glue-residue all over it, came off after 20 min of cleaning) and the barrel had a couple of scratches. Front cap was missing - no response when I contacted him.
Today I received the Arca Swiss B1 ballhead that I ordered from masimo (Mike). It was exactly as he had described it, and included the original box, warranty card, and instructions. Mike promptly responded to my PMs throughout the whole process, and he was very kind to ship the head before he had received my check. Item was well packed and shipped quickly. I highly recommend Mike as a seller.
