Jon was a pleasure to deal with: he needed me to wire cash and I was a little apprehensive, but he responded promptly to questions and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I would not hesitate to deal with him again.

Overseas transactions can seem a little unnerving at times, since they are so heavily dependent on trust. But this gentleman could not have made the transaction easier or more comfortable. He had great communication throughout the whole process to establish a basis for trust, and he very thoughtfully sent additional cash without even being asked when some the transfer fees were higher than expected. You could not ask for a more courteous and forthright buyer. Anyone looking to sell equipment overseas to the UK can work with Matt Calthrop with absolute confidence.

My 2nd transaction with John and hopefully one of many - I bought a monopod and head from him. He sent payment right away and was very friendly - an asset to the forum.
