Perfect sale in an imperfect world. We had a host of problems with my purchase of a Epson 2200 that was damaged a bit in shipping by FedEx. Notice I said "we." pihutch and I handled all the problems on a split right down the middle basis with time and trouble, and he even sent me money for an extra cartridge when I noted that one of them was much lower than advertised -- without me having to ask for it!
Bought a 135 f2 from Greg. The lens was perfect as described. Couldn't tell that it wasn't new. Great communication, one of the friendliest folks that I have ever dealt with on FM. A truely great seller in every aspect.
Purchased a 100 F2.8 macro lens from Jim Dawson. He shipped it as soon as he received my money order, and it arrived well packed and exactly as advertised.
Jim is an example of why FM is such a great place to do business.
Lyall bought my 100mm f/2.8 USM macro and sent the money order immediately. This is our second transaction and both were smooth as silk. He is a real asset to FM.
comment: I purchased a grip for my 20D from wjlapier and not only was it well packed but it was truly in immaculate condition. Looked like it had never been used.
