Comments: Recently I was looking for a 100-400. I managed to find one on another forum, however had no idea of the history of the seller. Joe (JFB318) contacted me and mentioned that he lived near the seller - and that he could help me out if I wished. He arranged to visit the seller, checked the lens, bought it and then sent it to me here in Australia! This was remarkably kind of Joe to do all of this - particularly given that he and I have never dealt before! Joe is a fantastic person to deal with.
