Daydream went more than the extra mile to make me happy regarding what was as likely my not seeing things in his photos initially and it was fine with me as well that there be no financial compensation to me for what turned out upon physical inspection of camera to be two missing caps (one for the motor drive and one for the remote switch jack). Daydream reimbursed me $13 so that I could order these from Canon; this was greatly appreciated especially as I was purchasing for a friend who is an artist. Having said this daydream knows the value of his equipment and is not a push-over in terms of finances, just a fair and honest seller - thank you again.

i bought my 10-22 EF-S from rick and actually had him postpone shipment as i was out of town on business. he made sure that the lens arrived on february 10th since that was my first day home. communication was excellent and he has been a great guy to deal with.

Feedback: Bought 2 lenses from Chunin. Absolutely fantastic - both lenses were in perfect condition. Both also came with all original packaging, and even the lens hoods were in their boxes and original plastic! It was like buying new items from a store! Thanks Chunin.

Comments: Bernard was great to deal with. As an added bonus, he lives locally, so he was able to come to my office and pick up the lens! Very straightforward transaction with no hiccups!
I got the package (Wacom 6x8 tablet) a few weeks ago from Psychprof (his name is Mark), but actually haven't had the chance to open it until just recently.
The shipping was exquisite! He put a bunch of "fragile" and "handle carefully" stickers on the box, and the way he packed it made sure that the inner package (the box containing the tablet) was padded and immobile.
Opening up the box, he even made a card wishing me luck on the product... very thoughtful of him!
Everything came very quickly and as expected... I consider him an excellent seller that I would definitely do business with again.
Now I just have to figure out how to get comfortable with this tablet
