I had posted a "WTB" for an excellent+ 1D Mk IIn ......... well along came "Terry" with one that exceeded my expectations. I was so happy when I learned it was Terry. This was better than his description to me. It's nice when you run into someone that's just as picky as you are This is my second transaction with Terry and it it's just as great as the first. Terry and Kay are "good" people and they truly mean, and do what they say.

Comments: i bought the 10D from Jay and the item was shipped the following day. unfortunately, USPS proved once again that they are the worst and lost the package. Jay was fantastic through the entire process and kept me in the loop with constant updated and many many offers for a full refund. i can only hope that USPS finds the package or pay Jay for his camera because he is truly a great guy. for me, the way you deal with a customer when things don't go as planned is just as important as how you deal with them before the sale and Jay proved once again that this forum has the best people!!!

Items were packed in a condition far above my expectations. Get this - everything was packed in its original plastic. If the battery wasn't already in the camera I couldn't tell this gear from something new in box. How many people honestly keep the plastic? I sure as hell don't.

Comments: I bought a Canon 5D from Dave. During the shipment process, he found that the focusing screen was dirty and said he would definitely not ship it to me in that condition. The resolution we worked out was that he would ship the camera to Canon Irvine to have it repaired and they would in turn forward the camera to me. In the end of this transaction, i ended up with an extremely clean camera body from Canon. Thanks for being such an honest seller Dave!
