Item: Canon XT with Opteka Grip

Feedback: Whew! Tough guy to deal with. I forgot to pack his battery XT battery door and Opteka battery cartridge (both were in the Opteka box, I did not even think about it since the grip was attached to the camera). I have since sent both to homersapien. He claims that the grip does not work and I asked him to return it for a refund of $50.00 (the amount I had paid for it). He never sent the grip back and never even told me he thought $50.00 was not a fair refund.
I have always dealt very fairly with everyone here on FM (and everywhere else). I think that will be apparent by those who read all my positive feedback here. I tried to make this gentleman happy. He stopped communicating with me and there was nothing else I could do. I'm hurt by his accusations. I still stand ready to refund his money upon return of the grip.
