Hyperbole would be insufficient to appropriately document Callaway's approach to his sale to me of a Canon 24-105mm f/4L IS lens. Great communication, responsiveness, unfailing courtesy and, above all, patience were exhibited at every phase of the transaction. Needless to say, the lens itself arrived at promised in precisely the condition described - which actually appears to be "mint" rather than "like new." The thing still has vestiges of a news-lens smell for crying out loud.
Ironically, the USPS postal system still doesn't have a record that the item has been shipped, much less delivered. You've got to really hand it to the post office. Records indicate that the item was shipped within hours of Callaway's receipt of my payment.
I hope I haven't left anything out. Bottom line is that, in my opinion, anyone considering buying an item from Callaway can rely on his representations without hesitation.
