Just wanted to post some absolutely GREAT feedback for Terry_C. He had good communication throughout, sent me samples promptly, gave me a fair price from the get-go so there was no need for drawn out bargaining/haggling. I sent payment and he called me to confirm the address as the one I wanted it shipped to. He then shipped it promptly after receiving payment and hurried to UPS to make sure he got it to them before their scheduled pickup. A few days later when UPS still said "billing information received" I emailed him to see if he had any idea why this was the case. I knew thanksgiving weekend is a UPS holiday, so I figured it must've been that and was certainly not alarmed or worried about it, but when I checked my email he had not only replied....but also scanned in the receipt of his UPS transaction with tracking number and all that and sent it to me....all without me asking for it or getting panicky. now THAT is good communication. Lens actually arrived a day early after it just sat on "billing information received." Lens arrived in great condition as was described. I might add that the box look like it has seen a few days but the lens is just pristine....meaning that he really babies his glass.
I bought a flash recently from photosenior and I couldnt ask for a better transaction. Ben communicates promptly and makes sure all is well throughout the transaction. Very accomodating as well.
