John was absolutely stellar to work with. Very easy to communicate with via email and PM. Item was shipped promptly and upon arrival I noticed the front element had some micro scratches which John had missed in his initial assesment of the lens. Upon informing him he was quick to apologize and immediately offered some money back if I chose to keep the lens, he also offered for me to return it completely. After several test shots I was convinced the micro scratches did not affect image quality and informed him I would keep the lens, John promptly refunded the amount he said he would without question.
