Item was very professionally packaged... it could have survived a fall out of the FEDEX truck and been run over by the next 10 cars and still arrived intact! The filter was in excellent condition as described. Shipping was very fast (deal on Sunday, delivery on Tuesday) and Greg was easy to communicate with. Wouldn't hesitate to deal again.
