Very very smooth. No hitches at all. I paid, he shipped, I got it the next day I think. Very well packed, good condition, grip packed in orig box. He offered help on using it if needed since it's non-US (as he had stated).
Then he followed up 2 days later with a "how's it going, need any help" PM.
Very abiding to every request. Put up with any hassle without complaint (I required original receipt that he involved him visiting Sammy's Camera, thank you thank you).
He drove 20 miles to meet me and everything was in great condition. He offfered any needed assistance with warranty should it be needed.
I went shooting with it immediately, and I am simply blown away. This is by far, the best lens I have ever experienced (yes, it's not just used, it is an experience)!
