Dan said that this item was used but I think he was mistaken, because it looks BRAND NEW. Every thing was in perfect condition! I did a quick test to see how the optics held up, and so far, it seems like a very sharp lens. Will have to do a bit more testing to figure out for sure, but Dan is the man! Do not hesitate to deal with him. He is a very friendly YET PROFESSIONAL seller! I bought a 20D from him before and the transaction was perfect as well. A+++ for Dan!
