Smooth, easy, transaction. Lisa has had a wonderful reputation here at FM for quite some time now. I can see why. She packed the item very nicely...shipped almost immediately...and then emailed me to advise me on cutting the box open (she wanted to be sure I didn't dig a sharp instrument into the bottom of the box where the pouch was resting). Mark is a pleasure to deal with and a real class act. He is an attentive seller who sees the transaction through to the buyer's satisfaction. When one package got mixed up with fedex, Mark was on the phone with them stat and helped sort the whole issue out--he even helped change the shipping address, in transit, so that the lens would arrive in time to be given as a gift.
