The hightlights in the scene pull my attention away from the couple. The lights are cropped out as well.

Kinda sorta fun but not? It's getting blurry. Use a flash to stop the action.

Sorta neat but what is the significance of the thing on the right hand side? The weird flare also kills it for me.

It's too dark and busy. The bright street lights don't do anything for this photo as well.

Horribly grainy, and their faces are so dark. A fill flash would be lovely. Also some weird flares again.

You can barely make out the outline of the guy.
Do you have fast lens? Do you have a flash? Do you have off camera radio triggers? I would not venture doing anything out at night unless you have all of the above. You have some interesting ideas that were killed by poor execution. Keep trying next time with more light!
