Need an adapter for Contax 645 lens to Canon 5D body. I have looked ALLLLLL over and even been ripped off by a company while at PMA 09 in Vegas -sold wrong adapter.

Can't be done sadly. You need to be able to control aperture manually to use on a DSLR and Contax 645 lenses (vs. their Contax-Yashica SLr brothers) are electronically controlled by the Contax 645 body.

Conurus is still in the design phase of one, I believe they are they only one involved in it.

My understanding is that this is correct. I believe the conurus adapter will be ready this year -- or at least that was the plan. He currently has a pretty large backlog of the Contax N lenses for conversion so I figure it might arrive in the summer at the earliest.
