I have't done to much bird photography since selling my 400 5.6 awhile back but heard of this snowy owl in the area and couldn't pass up the opporunity. Taken with 100-400 and I was pretty happy with the results.

Nicely done! Always enjoy seeing nice owl shots like this.

The only thing I would have liked to see in addition is more eye as they can be unusually large and captivating!

Nice owl. I've been told there is one around here somewhere but I can't find it. I'd love to shoot it (so to speak) but it's nowhere to be found.

Rob this is the owl that was in Waukesha, WI but I have since heard that it is gone.
