Henry, I love the second shot--very painterly. Fine work. What aperture?
tsdevine: Great job with that CV 125. Beautifully composed. I almost bought a Canon mount CV 125 on Ebay, but decided to go with the Zeiss instead. Seeing images like yours confirms that the CV is a one great flower/portrait lens.

Thanks for the kind words. I was stopped way down for me... F2.2
If anyone has any great flower shots using the 90mm TS-e, I would appreciate a post or a re-post. I'm trying to come up with a good reason not to sell mine as it has pretty much sat on the shelf since I bought it new. Went out shooting with it yesterday and felt relief when I put the 85L back on the camera. I need some inspiration or its off to B&S for the little guy.
Thanks for the feedback...I picked it up last fall when I went on an "alt" lens binge. I have the Zeiss 21 and 35.....still thinking about filling the gap between 35 and 125. The Zeiss 100mm is really tempting, but seems awfully close to the 125. Thought about the 85 ZE, but I'm not sure I could deal with the focus shift. (Still shooting the 5D classic.)

--I know all about "alt" binges. Recently picked up the ZE 21, 35, 50MP and 100MP. Course I sold my 500 F4 and a bunch of other glass so that I had the cash to do so. I don't know if the 100MP and CV 125 are so alike that one could not justify both, but I decided on the 100MP instead of the CV 125, tho I was tempted to get the CV 125 instead. If you are looking for more Zeiss, the 50MP is a very good lens. Only issue is that you have to stop down to F8 to get sharpness into the corners, but that is true of most any 50.
