EF-S 60mm f/2.8 Macro. Hand-held, natural light.
With a tripod and a good MF screen (or Liveview) one could try to sink deeper into the Alice-in-Wonderland type of floral imagery in those water droplets.

yes, 50f1.2 works wonder with 5D2 - i found mine also pretty sharp after MA - beautiful "L" colors - beautiful flower shot
