I had the Zenitar for my 5D (F-mount + adapter, no problem) and it was sharp as nails stopped down a bit. The only thing it really lacked was contrast wide open. I enjoyed it enough that I upgraded to the Canon which does get much better color, but at a pretty steep cost for how often I use it since getting over the desire to see how EVERYTHING looks with fisheye. Definitely would not be ashamed to use the Zenitar if the options were $100 Zenitar or no fisheye at all.
I'm another who is not afraid to put a Zenitar on a full frame Canon (1Ds2 in my case). Mine cost me next to nothing and I grabbed it from a site member just to have some fun. In the end it's a great lens.... sharp as a tack stopped down at f8-11 and any colour/contrast issues (not that I really notice any) are easily tweaked in Capture One when I convert.

Great use of Fish Paul. Must be right in your "value for money" stable of lenses...
Thanks Andreas, and yes, the value for money factor on this lens is excellent. I've tried other (far more expensive) fishes and they didn't do anything that the Zenny can't do.
