I have the SW Harddrive in front of me and looking at the bottom pocket, it's probably wide enough IF the tripod had no thickness. But when you insert the tripod, it is going to decrease the effective width of the pocket. I don't think you can hold both in that zippered pocket. However, there is a tripod holder that flips out to hold the feet of the tripod which would then have the tripod going OVER the zippered pocket rendering it unusable.
One option MIGHT be to put the feet of the tripod in the zippered pocket and put the lightstand in the flip-out holder and then lash them together.
If I remember, I'll try this at home tonight and see if I can make it work.My tripod is similar to yours but I don't have that "Nano" stand, but I can see if it "might" work by looking at the picture. and assuming a 2.5" diameter on the stand.
You just put TWO of the three legs of the tripod into the pocket... at least that's what I do. You could put just one of the legs in I suppose, if you needed more room for the light stand.
Okay, I just ordered my TT Streetwalker Pro HD - so let's see if the 1DMKII fits in there snugly WITH the laptop (it'd better). Added a TT Skin set to the order to round out the whole experience. Fingers crossed.
I have a Streetwalker HardDrive which I used on a recent trip to Europe. I'm probably going to list it in the Buy & Sell forum, however, and continue to split my needs between my Airport Acceleration and Ultralight. Nothing wrong with the Streetwalker as it's very comfortable and a great design (which is why I ordered it). I just have too many bags! dave
