An image should tell a story regardless of the image title and in this you have suceeded perfectly. This image tells a story to me of lies, deceit, intrigue and maybe even a little danger.
Excellent idea, really well executed. If I were to raise one very small nit, I'm a little uncomfortable with the slight bit of grey background at the lower-left corner. I wonder what it would look like if you cropped away some of the left side; indeed it might be worth considering a more aggressive crop on the the left, so that the card doesn't seem so centered horizontally. But what do I know? I cannot seem to come up with great ideas like this.
