This one took me by surprise! I was all ready to get the big kiss and the groom (on a dare from his buddies) dipped the bride!!!!!!!!!!! Big lesson, I ask specifically if there is something planned like this (-: Bride was so happy though because the groom was shy and reserved, so it was out of character for him to do this:
This is not major blur, but the hair on her forehead is the only thing in focus on this. Still, it's one of my favorites. One of her mom's favorites, too.
ooooooh I'll play. this is a great thread... i too was far more likely to just pitch out these as a general whole but i've come across a few that really moved me.
this one is from a smaller wedding the day after christmas - caught her interacting with him and nabbed this one. I felt that I was able to maximize the feel of the motion with this particular PP (TRA - Oldskool fast).
Here's 2 from a maternity set that I did. While I love the first one for it's sharpness and such - I really latched onto the mood, the feel and the imperfections of the 2nd.
Not wedding related, but... missed the focus on the eyes completely. Wasn't able to get the baby's face correctly focussed, but the client's still loved the picture.
