Great mood created by the processing in the first one. I'd try to remove some of the color tint from the water, and open up those shadows just a bit, but otherwise a cool shot.
I like #1 best, although the water attracts far too much attention by all the dodge/burn.
#2 looks very unprocessed compared to 1 and 3.
#3 has too much halo effect for my liking
