Well, had a quick 1,400 mile jaunt to Banff and Lake Louise. For the most part, the weather was pretty cold and cloudy. However, the other morning, the sun did come out. Normally, I shoot wildlife but I think most of it had gone south for the winter. So landscapes it was. These are from Lake Louise...

Thanks Ray. You'll love the whole area. It's a beautiful drive from Banff to Jasper. In the summer, you'll see LOTS of wildlife. And I'm sure winter can be quite good too if you have the time to explore (which we didn't really this trip). For landscapes, either season would work. I happen to like winter a whole lot but that is a personal preference.

Man do these feel cold!!
Beautifully done.
Barry
Yup, it was cold Barry. But Whitehorse was even colder when I was there a few years back....at minus 38 Celcius. In Fahrenheit? Darn cold too (minus 40 is the same on both scales).
