Longtime lurker here guys. Been second shooting for a while here in San Antonio, Tx. Finally got a solo gig. Shotgun wedding, big family the whole shebang! Anyway gear used 30D, Sigma 24-70, tamron 70-200, Cannon "nifty fifty", 580ex, "Fong Bong" C&C appreciated!
First off let me say you did a great job for what your working with.
Just a couple things to consider is all. Always try to push yourself to try new perspectives/angles on your subjects. Don't allow yourself to get comfortable and get into a certain angle on things. Get on the floor...find a higher vantage point...climb that tree if you have too (just a suggestion for effect =D).
You have a talent, now it's time to really push yourself to that next level. I like the scenarios your painting in your photos. I just think a slightly different POV would really give them more pop.
Not saying you have to...just something to maybe tryout to see if it fits your style.
Good job btw! I know it's a good feeling getting that first solo wedding under your belt.
