p.1 #1 · time lapse photography

do you have a good camera to suggest for time lapse photography? I think some may allow you to auto set intervals and put your camera on a tripod and let it go. Any camera could be used to take stills and then combine them to form a time lapse sequence. Is the only difference in how you get the stills and then you follow the same procedure with the stills in a movie making program? thanks joanlvh

You can also tether most Canon DSLRs to a computer with the included software.

Some of the Canon P&S cameras will do it as well, but are perhaps less controllable.

I believe Nikons have the intervalometer function built in.
