Thanks for the comments folks... I ended up changing the image though, since I like this one even more. I found this scene while skiing today (monday). There's snow in northern Finland!
This is a beautiful scene and well captured! I wish we had such weather here.
My eye does tend to wander up towards the bright spot above the trees. The arches seem like a natural border to the scene. Maybe a slight tweak of the crop to hold our focus on the path?
BEAUTIFUL. We rarely see such things here in Texas, and certainly not like this anyway. Although my husband left a sprinkler on last night and it froze, so I woke up to a young tree weighted down with icicles. Very weird. ha
Great image, I really like how it draws you into the path. To echo what Ed said, I think a tighter crop at the top would help as the branch dangling from the top left draws my eye up there. But, nicely done and great for this week's WA.
This is an absolutely lovely shot. I love everything about it. The way the tracks lead you into the shot, the gorgeous color, the framing of the path by the trees and the calm and serene feel it creates. Just fabulous.

That's lovely - I like how you composed it. BTW what made those tracks, do you know?
Best, Bee
Thanks Bee... the pic is taken on a cross country skiing track. The nature is just fabulous here right now, with all that snow on the trees

Actually I'm not, I like cross country skiing, and for that you need snow
Thanks Endre!
